Abstract
In the remote areas, because of the lack of good internet or enough base stations, the loss probability increases. We propose an industrial internet of things architecture that combines the proposed ‘trust based’ ad hoc routing protocol and ‘Dew_Edge_Cloud’ computation to decrease the lost packets. In the proposed method, the controller (Mobile) gathers the received data of the end devices (Sensors). The controller sends data packets towards the nearest base station through the created route using a trust_based protocol. Data packets will reach an ‘end node’, which is in the range of the base station. Then ‘Dew_Edge_Cloud’ computation is used, in which the nodes near each other organize a grid. A server of the grid with proper specifications is selected as the grid head. The ‘end node’ decides to send data packets to the grid head of dew, edge, or cloud grid.
